Use of RadioBeam
RadioBeam provides a client for discovering and streaming live radio stations. You are responsible for using the app safely and in compliance with local laws, vehicle rules, and network restrictions.
Third-Party Streams
Radio streams, station names, logos, metadata, and audio content are provided by third-party radio stations and directories. RadioBeam does not control station availability, content, licensing, geo-blocking, stream quality, or server-side ads inserted by station providers.
RadioBeam is not the broadcaster and does not own or operate the third-party station streams.
Subscriptions
RadioBeam may offer an auto-renewable Ad-Free Monthly subscription. The subscription removes RadioBeam banner ads shown in the iPhone app. It does not remove audio ads, sponsorship messages, or other content inserted by third-party radio stations or streams. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled according to Apple's App Store subscription rules. You can manage or cancel the subscription in App Store account settings.
No Warranty
RadioBeam is provided as available. Streaming services may fail, change, or become unavailable. The app should not be relied on for emergency alerts or critical information.
